"Team Better Balance combines the wisdom and skill acquired through years experience of parliamentary practice and procedure as brought to the table by Mr. McKeeva Bush, a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the past 16 years, previous Executive Council member and past Chairman of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association who will work together with Captain Eugene Ebanks, an experienced airline pilot (ex Cayman Airways) and qualified boat captain and owner of a successful Watersports company. The younger members of the team are both professionals in their fields. Rolston Anglin is a qualified CPA who has a number of years experience as an Auditor both in the Cayman Islands and in New York city whilst Cline Glidden JR (known as "CG") is a qualified Communications Technician and Electrician who owns and runs the island's largest Electronic Security company.

The Team seeks to strike a good balance in leadership for West Bay and the Cayman Islands. The Team is fully aware of and deeply concerned with issues affecting the Cayman Islands and the people who reside in them. The team is familiar with issues ranging from the OECD, EU, UN and FATF tax initiatives and the British White Paper to the content of the Vision 2008 National Strategic Plan as well as the current extremely significant debate on Immigration policy and practice. Crime, Education, Training, Healthcare, Insurance, Pensions, the Environment, Cultural development, Sports, Drug Abuse Prevention and Intervention as well as the relationship between the Government the country's Utility suppliers, Community Development and the family, fiscal responsibility and accountability of Government amongst other matters are all topics which are of interest to the candidates and about which they feel they are able to make a positive contribution.

The Team believes that proper planning and Growth Management are fundamental to the ability of the Cayman Islands to continue to succeed in the age of technology and fully support the necessary modernization of the structure and processes of Government in the Cayman Islands, including the development of a proper approach to eCommerce and the efficient use of Information technology.
